Nokia

One of the most common internal issues facing global brands is how to ensure the brand’s guidelines are properly applied on marketing and advertising collateral. As a result, eBrand built a self-serve platform for Nokia’s regional partner network to create their own print and billboard ads.

The platform applied logic from the global brand guidelines as to placement of text and font size and matched the ad type with the appropriate photo library for the users to build their own advertisement and submit it to Nokia’s regional marketing office for approval. Once the ad is approved, the platform automatically creates high resolution files for the user to take to their local printer/magazine publisher.

Jordan Tourism Board

Having just recently undergone a major branding exercise, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan was looking for a partner to extend Jordan’s brand into digital touch points.

eBrand worked closely with the Jordan Tourism Board to create a multi-faceted approach to allow visitors to learn about Jordan through desired experiences or through individual city destinations. Our team also generated the various content found on the site in over 12 languages.

The result? A multilingual website allowing for visitors from around the globe to experience Jordan right from their living room.

Fanatiks

What do you get when you combine social media with the world’s most avid fans? Fanatiks! A sports social media platform that allows fans from around the world to connect with each other, follow social feeds of their favorite teams and athletes, and keep up with the latest scores and stats.

eBrand’s team designed a website with a responsive interface along with a mobile app for fans to follow their favorite teams and athletes and engaging in social activities with other fans.

By including gamification components on the platform, fans are encourage to use the site and are rewarded in a variety of ways through points and badges.

On the back-end, the platform sits on a custom-built engine that integrates thousands of social media account feeds and over ten-thousand stats and scores XML files that are parsed daily.

 

mySUPERIOR

As a continuation of our original collaboration with Superior Propane, we evolved the website by adding a full-blown customer account management area.

eBrand worked closely with stakeholders ranging from Information Systems, Marketing, Operations, and Finance in order to identify the needs, requirements, and desired business outcome from launching a self-serve channel for Superior Propane’s customers.

The result? mySUPERIOR, an industry first in the Canadian propane market allowing customers to view their account information, request deliveries, and pay their invoices online.

Through our i.d.e.a. methodology, we delivered a solution that seamlessly integrates into Superior Propane’s infrastructure and ERP system while providing a highly engaging and easy to use interface for the customer.

 

Moneris Solutions

Moneris Solutions is Canada’s largest processor of debit and credit card payments. Operating in Canada and the United States, Moneris processes more than 3 billion transactions a year for over 350,000 merchant locations and has more than 1,300 employees across North America.

eBrand’s team was tasked to provide Moneris with an assessment and roadmap for business intelligence to enable Moneris to continue its leadership position in the industry and further increase customer service by allowing Moneris to have a better view of their customer profiles and associated trends. Our team documented business definitions, analyzed the current technology infrastructure, and provided the client with a benchmark in comparision to the industry standards.

The result? A robust web-based tool with highly visual and easy to understand reports and metrics which are loaded in real-time inline with the overall business intelligence strategy.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Leveraging on our localization and multi-language deployment experience, we worked with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to assist in the deployment of their multi-lingual content management system. As a result of this engagement, eBrand has assisted Four Seasons in translating, localizing, and deploying over 20 global property websites as well as providing localization services for a variety of brochures and other print material.

Superior Propane

We started working with the largest propane distributor in Canada, Superior Propane, by revamping the corporate marketing website. Utilizing our i.d.e.a. methodology, eBrand worked with Superior Propane to identify the business objectives of the new website and went to work.

The result? A true to brand digital touch point with a highly customized content management system that manages over 170 homepage combinations offering localized content for the various geographies served by Superior Propane.

As part of the project requirements, eBrand’s team implemented a variety of lead generation components that integrated with Superior Propane’s CRM platform to centralize lead management.
